==>. The VPN app, that is Queencee VPN  Download Queencee VPN apk android app here 

APN SETTINGS FOR ETISALAT 0.00

==>. APN: etisalat
==>. Username:,leave it empty
==>. password, leave it empty

GO TO YOUR QURRNCEE VPN AND CONFIGURE IT AS SHOWING BELLOW

==>. Under Proxy Server type :tick Real Host
==>. Proxy Server: ent.nxtfwd.com/s/d/
etisalat_ng#openModal
==>>. Real Proxy Server Type: tick inject
==>. Real Proxy Server: type 10.199.212.2
==>. Port: type 8080
Then yap on Save button.

HOW CAN I USE THIS FREE BROWSING MORE THAN THE LIMITED 60MB?

Immediately you reached the 60MB data assigned  to
that proxy server, immidiatly replace the above
proxy server with any of the following server below;
==>. Proxy server: type ent.nxtfwd.com/s/d/
etisalat_ng#close
==>. Proxy server:type ent.nxtfwd.com/s/d/
etisalat_ng#closeModal
==>. Proxy server: type ent.nxtfwd.com/s/d/
etisalat_ng#open

Then, tap the Save button
click save, immediately a pop up
message will appear requesting to use
Tunnel whole device, just tap on the
option to Tunnel Whole Device.
To go to More Options, kindly swipe from left to right on the Main page. You will now
see VPN Settings and VPN Options. Then tap
on VPN Options and untick Connect
Through An HTTP.
Under Region, select United States or
Netherlands.
Now go back to the main page of the
QueenCee VPN and click or tap the Start button, then
wait for few seconds for it to Connect.
Then, after its connected, start browsing.
Mind you, it takes 0-5minute  before it connect. So  you need to be patients for it
